Refund & Cancellation Policy – Apex Guardian Firearms Training
At Apex Guardian Firearms Training, we are committed to providing high-quality instruction while maintaining fair and transparent policies for all students.
Class Registration & Payment
All class registrations must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your seat.
Cancellations by Student
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class are eligible for:
- A full refund, or
- A one-time reschedule at no additional cost
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.
No-Show Policy
Students who do not attend their scheduled class without prior notice will forfeit their payment
and will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Rescheduling
- One reschedule is permitted per booking
- Additional reschedules may be subject to a fee
Instructor Cancellations
If Apex Guardian cancels or reschedules a class for any reason, students will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule at no additional cost
Course Satisfaction
Due to the nature of training services, refunds are not provided once a class has been attended.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing a course, you agree to this policy. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a dispute with their payment provider.
